15 gr Cascade, 5,5 %a.a., 45 min, Kettle
15 gr Amarillo, 9.7 %a.a., 15 min, Kettle
25 gr Centennial , 5,5 %a.a., 10 min, Kettle

Dry hopping: 20 gr Amarillo + 25 gr Centennial

0,5 Kg di zucchero bianco
Lievito US05 a 20°C

Priming: 5 gr/l… a me è venuta troppo frizzante! Meglio con 3,5-4 gr/l!

  • Ho portato ad ebollizione una pentola con 8 l di acqua e l’estratto di malto secco;
  • arrivata ad ebollizione ho inserito i luppoli rispettando le quantità e la scansione temporale riportata in ricetta;
  • trascorsi i 60 minuti ho tolto la pentola dal fuoco e raffreddato il mosto quanto più rapidamente possibile;
  • ho aggiunto il malto liquido mescolando con la paletta ed ho travasato tutto nel fermentatore ben sanificato;
  • ho aggiunto lo zucchero bianco disciolto in acqua tiepida ed i restanti litri d’acqua per arrivare ai desiderati 23;
  • con la temperatura a 21° ho inoculato il lievito e mescolato energicamente per far ossigenare il prodotto.
